Yuki and Cuties will be performing for Brooklyn Botanic Garden Sakura Matsuri

Hello there.
So I have been meaning to tell you that we are joining Sakura Matsuri at BBG this year.
It will be on April 28 Saturday.
As you know, it will be the best walking distance gig for me.
Details are to be announced shortly, but I just wanted to share the news with you first.
I am simply thrilled!!!

Also, we have a gig next week.

On Friday, I am singing at Matsuri at Columbia University at 5:30 PM

It is free and outdoor. There will be quite a few vendors and other performances.

こんにちは、皆さん。
今年のブルックリン植物園の桜祭りに出演が決まりました。
４／２８土曜夕方です。
うちから徒歩五分の素晴らしいギグですね。
詳細はまた色々アップしますが、とりあえず良いニュースを皆さんにお伝えしたかったのでした、
楽しみ〜〜。

来週は、コロンビア大のお祭りにも出演します。
４／６金曜夕方五時半から歌いますよ〜。

Thank you!!

I was so happy to see soooooo many faces in the crowds last night.

I was definitely the happiest girl of the night in Manhattan.

The band was so great.  I can't come up with any other words. 

I can't wait to play with them again.

So today is my first day off on weekend in these past few weeks.

Of course, I am taking advantage of it fully.

happpy bum

金曜日のショーのリハ第一回目終了。
なんか、こう最近は毎回毎回メンバーが違うので旅みたい。
今回はこういうキャラバンですって言う感じ。
このメンバーだけの、ケミストリー。
楽しいな。
ほんとに、これがあるからやめられないんだな。

明日は明日とて、金曜の昼間のショーのためのリハを高免さんとふたりで。
幸せですね。

Finished the first rehearsal for the show on Friday.
I have been playing with different people each show lately.
It feels like a we are on trip.
This trip's caravan is awesome.
The chemestry of this particular people.
It is so much fun.
I know I can't quit playing music just to feel this again and again.

And tomorrow I will have another rehearsal with Mr. Takamen for the Columbia Japan Society Matsuri.
I am very happy.

There were no beer for me, but I baked green tea cookies for St. Patrick's day

This Event is postponed to April 6 Friday. I am sorry if you were planning to come.

So this is the announcement I was saying last night.
I will be singing for the Matsuri on 23rd, right before my show at Caffe Vivaldi.
It will be outside. Will be a duo with the guitarity Nobuki Takamen.
This event is donating the proceeds for the last year's Earthquake and Tsunami Relief Fund.
And I am so honored to have been asked to perform.
I think you should come both shows.

このイベントは、諸々の事情で４／６に延期になりました。
２３日のカフェビバルディでのショーは予定通り行われます。
６日も予定通り出演する予定ですので、もしよろしければいらしてくださいね。
予定を組んでくださってた皆さん、ごめんなさいね。


昨日言ってたアナウンスメントはこれです。
２３日の夕方、コロンビア大学のジャパンソサエティ主催の日本のお祭りにでます。
売り上げを昨年の震災復興義援金にあてるそうです。
誘っていただいて、本当に嬉しいです。ちょっとでも役にたてるなら、ね。
夜のショーとあわせて、是非遊びにきて欲しいです。
夜店みたいなのもあるんだって！金魚すくいとか。

PS60 and a new hairdo

I bought my first synthesizer and got my hair done yesterday.
I am such a timid shopper so it took a few months to deicide. But I came to love PS 60.
I can't wait for the delivery. (not looking forward to UPS's unpredictability)
And as for my new hairdo, I am happy as usual thanks to Daichi!

One more week till the show.

昨日私にとって初のシンセを購入し、髪型をさっぱりしました。
買い物びびりな私は数ヶ月どのシンセにするか悩みに悩み、コルグのPS60にやっと決めました。
早く届かないかな。（と言いつつUPSのいつ来るかわからない配達はちょっと憂鬱。）
髪型はいつも通り、大地さんにきれいにしてもらってきました。

ショーまであと一週間なのですが、もう一つアナウンスがあるので、また書きます。
貧血がややつらいですが！皆さん良い週末を。

rehearsal, foods and moon

Hi there.
Isn't tonight beautiful out there?
Full moon is shining. And the air is so warm.
Soon the spring will officially come.

I just had a rehearsal with Atsumi today.
I feel so fortunate to have her sing my song.

After the rehearsal, we ate a lot and chatted.
What a good day it was.

Hope we get to enjoy the warm weather tomorrow as well!
