Still in Cali-Bishop, CA 一日目終了@ビショツプ

まだカリフォルニアにいます。

120という道を通ろうとしたら、ヨセミテの山火事で封鎖されてました。

なので、予定を変更して108からヨセミテを越えて、今晩はビショップと言う町に宿泊。

山がずーっときな臭かったのと、途中ラジオで避難命令がどこかの町に出されてて、非常事態なのを感じました。

写真は順番に砂漠っぽい景色から、国立の森林のでっかい松ぼっくり、ドネルダムというダム湖を見下ろす見晴らし台から。

はー、今日はまだ時差ぼけで助手席でぐーぐー寝てしまった…明日は頑張ります…

We are still in Cali for the night. 

We were gonna take route 120 to cross the Yosemite but because of the road closure due to the wildfire, we had to make detour on route 108

We could smell the woods burning even in the distance and even heard an evacuation order on the radio somewhere in the mountains, which reminded us that there is emergency going on nearby. 

But here we are.

One thing I should work harder tomorrow. 

Need to stay awake after we eat lunch.
