rain and baking 雨とベイキング

Aloha, Hello, Konbanwa,
Damn. It was such a cold day.
But thanks to the weather, I finally got to do some baking.
Since I live in a studio and it gets so hot when I cook, I just don't bake in the summer.
But I am moving out of this place by the end of this month so I really wanted to clean out my pantry.
So I baked about 50 pieces of coconut cookies.
Came out nicely. And I am eating them at 2 in the morning.
Gotta love rainy weather. Ha!

I am gonna give some to my students as my last-day-goodies.

アロハ、ハロー、こんばんわ。
今日超寒かった〜。なめて薄着で靴下はかないで外出したらぶるりでした。
でも寒さのおかげで久々にお菓子を焼けました。
ワンルームの部屋に住んでると、夏はもうとにかく火を使うと地獄のような暑さ。
ほんとにベイキングここ最近はめっきりでした。
でも今月末に引っ越すし、色々食材とかをかたづけたかったので、これでちょっと助かった。ちなみにココナッツクッキーを５０個くらいがんがん焼いたのでした。
見た目が地味なので写真はなし。
しかし、それを夜中の二時にもりもり食べてるわたし。。。
まあ雨だしいいよね〜ってことにしとこ。

日曜に生徒に今まで頑張ったね〜ってのとお礼も兼ねてあげようっと。
